Cancellation Policy

To cancel, please call us and cancel at least 2 hours before the appointment. Failure to do so will limit your ability to re-book with us or possibly incur a cancellation fee on future booking. Please keep in mind, your appointment limits our ability to accept other appointments and when they are cancelled last minute, our team incurs lost wages and traveling costs. Therefore we do have to charge for cancelled appointments that are not cancelled in a timely manner.
